PFU Limited announced a brand name change—from Fujitsu to Ricoh—for its award-winning scanner lineup.

The only change will be a logo change—from Fujitsu to Ricoh—on all product packaging, documentation, and what is printed on the device. Customer service, pricing, part numbers, etc. will remain the same.

Branding changes will begin to occur in April 2023 to PFU America, Inc.’s website, marketing materials, documentation, etc. On-product branding will be rolled out over the next six months.

In September 2022, Ricoh Company Limited purchased a majority share (80%) of PFU Limited. Fujitsu remains a 20% share owner.
