As a global market leader of document imaging equipment, PFU America, Inc. (“PAI”), a Ricoh company, takes pride in our innovative, high-quality products. We are dedicated to providing the best quality, performance and reliability to our customers. That’s why, in addition to creating trusted products, we also pay careful attention to the integrity and experience of the resellers authorized to sell our products. Authorized resellers are trained in the PAI product range and have access to PAI to offer reliable customer support, additional warranties, replacement parts, and other services. 

When buying online, be aware that not all third-party sellers on Amazon, eBay, and other ecommerce websites are authorized by PAI. Amazon defines third-party sellers as independent sellers who offer a variety of new, used, refurbished and collectible merchandise.   

Purchasing through an unauthorized reseller voids the PAI Limited Warranty. Also, PAI provides no Limited Warranty for products intended for distribution in countries and areas other than the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. The dealers listed below are not authorized to sell PAI products. Please note that this is not an all-inclusive list of parties that are unauthorized resellers.
