PFU Expands ARM-Based Windows Support to RICOH fi and SP Series Image Scanners

PFU Limited has started supporting ARM-based Windows PCs on selected business scanner models and its document capture software, PaperStream Capture.

In response to growing demand for ARM-based Windows support, PFU first introduced ARM compatibility for its personal scanner series, ScanSnap. Following ScanSnap, PFU is now extending support to its A4 business scanners, which are widely used in environments where compact ARM-based Windows PCs are increasingly being adopted.

PFU plans to expand ARM support to additional scanner models currently available.
