We are pleased to announce the availability of the integration between the fi-7300NX document scanner with NX Manager and Kofax TotalAgility. This connector creates a direct path between the scanner and Kofax’s content automation platform providing customers with a simplified and automated way to capture and optimize critical content-rich business processes. Through a simple tap and scan, users can now authenticate at the scanner, and scan documents into a downstream Kofax TotalAgility process.
The Easy NX Connect for Kofax TotalAgility software enables users to log into the scanner via credentials or an NFC card. The scanner’s User Interface returns the list of accessible Kofax TotalAgility processes and existing NX Manager jobs. The user then selects the desired job and scans in a document, which triggers the corresponding Kofax TotalAgility process.
With the development of Easy NX Connect for Kofax TotalAgility, customers can perform PC-less scanning directly into the TotalAgility workflow. One less PC to manage. Additionally, with Wi-Fi connectivity, the setup is so simple, the scanner and the application can be quickly deployed and managed from a central location.
